Jerwe and Gärffeltshof

Hello!

I have two questions. Firstly I was just wondering if you have any information on Tomas Jerwe/Gerwe, nobilitated with the name Gärffelt by the Swedish king Karl X Gustaf. According to the Swedish genealogist Gustav Elgenstierna, who has written about the nobility in Sweden, this Tomas had an estate, Gärffeltshof in Livland(Livonia) called Gärffeltshof. This is where my second question comes. Do you know if Gärffeltshof still exists, what its current name is and where it is situated?
